Full Job Description

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

Experience:

• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience
• At least 7 years in Facilities Management (FM) within the Gulf region

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise civil technicians, ensuring timely execution of maintenance tasks
• Liaise with the QM’s Representative to align on project scope and priorities
• Ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations across worksites
• Plan and execute both preventive and corrective maintenance activities
• Maintain and manage records, technical documentation, and asset inventory
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions
• Update and maintain as-built documentation for all structural changes
• Prepare monthly look-ahead maintenance programs and annual spare parts budgets
